Please fill out the information below to submit your entry of Wedding of the Year Competition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR A SUCESSFUL SUBMISSION

• You must complete all the written details and add your images at the time of entry submission
• Some have found it easier to have all text typed in Word first and resize your images, so you can copy and paste and then upload low res files.
• If you would like a Word Template for the submission questions, please use This Word Document
• Try not to write too much on each question, just a good descriptive paragraph for each category will suffice
• If you start the submission and do not complete, you will need to start again
• If you wish to make changes to your submission after you have registered, you will need to email hello@bridalpartywarrnambool.com.au
• Your submission will be approved and uploaded once full registration and payment is finalised
• To upload your images, YOU MUST SELECT ALL your images when prompted. You cannot upload them individually or you will need to start again

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

• Images must be under 500KB per image and should be good quality and clear
• If you are unsure of how to resize your images go to www.reduceimages.com
• This site is very easy to use and will resize each photo to ensure your upload is successful. Select 500KB for image size.

YOUR PROFILE PIC

• Your profile picture will be the first image people see therefore it must be at the TOP of your list when uploading. Your profile pic must be LANDSCAPE orientation, so it fits nicely on the screen
• TIP: To move your image to the top before uploading, you should rename the file by adding the number 1 to the start of the file name

• Please ensure all images are no larger than 500KB otherwise all your images wont upload
• Maximum images for each submission is 30

PHOTOGRAPHERS PERMISSION

Please ensure you have permission from your photographer that allows Bridalparty Warrnambool to reproduce the photographs for social media.

FEE

A fee of $35 is required upon completion of the submission

CUT OFF DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS

As voting continues over several months you can register at any time before August 30th, however it is in your best interest to register your wedding as soon as you have your images and content ready
