Is there a category limit?
Yes, each category has a limit to ensure the expos success for variety of services. Though we do have a cancellation list for each event that we can book your business on if your category limit is full.

How do I apply?

Is there a booking deadline?
There is no booking deadline though all of the events will fully book; once this has occurred then we will not accept any more bookings. We sometimes have last minute cancellations; please contact our team to confirm.

Can we share a stand?
Yes. However we do encourage exhibitors to have their own space to ensure that the area is maximised for one brand presence, stand sharing will take away for your marketing area and branding unless the two businesses complement each other. We maintain competitive pricing to ensure that all types and sizes of businesses are able to book.

Is there access to power at my stand?
Yes, you must stipulate this when booking so we can situate you in a powered space. Please remember you must have tested power cords and ensure they are labelled.

What is provided with our stand fees?
The standard stand space is am estimated 3m x 2m area.
We encourage exhibitors to design a creative and inspirational stand for the visitors. The Facebook page and website feature many photos of stands to help gain some concepts. The stand includes a table, chairs and a white linen table cloth.

We also run an extensive marketing campaign leading up to the event including radio, print media, social media, public relations throughout the year.

How and when do I pay for my stand?
A tax invoice will be emailed and payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer or cheque. A deposit payment of $100 is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 1 month prior to the event date.
If payments are not received by the due date then stands will be cancelled.

Is there WiFi at the expos?
Depending on the venue, you may be able to access WiFi however we do encourage exhibitors to provide their own internet connection devices at the events. Please put a request in at the time of booking and you will be advised if WiFi will be available to you.

When is set up and pack up time?
Set is on the Saturday between 9am – 4pm and Sunday 8am – 9.30am. Pack up begins at 3pm on the Sunday. Please ensure you are committed to the event from 10am-3pm, exhibitors will not be able to leave until 3pm at the conclusion of the event.

How do we hang signs or banners up at our stand?
Some venues do not allow any materials or any type of structure to be attached to the walls. The stand does not have any walls, partitions or dividers.
You can however order partitions from Warrnambool Party Hire and they can be arranged to be delivered to the venue on your behalf. Please refer to the booking form for costs.
We encourage the use of easels, frames or any free standing display will need to be used.
Our social media channels have an abundance of images from previous events to help gain inspiration, or visit the next expo.

Is parking available for exhibitors?
Yes, the venue provides free parking on Sundays only for exhibitors and visitors. Please be aware not to park in a loading zone or disabled park as you may face a fine.

Are there food outlets?
Yes, the event has access to a food and coffee facilities for exhibitors to purchase from.
